jxd 311 firmware needed

Hello all,

my jxd 311 mp4 player just showing JXD logo when booted,nothing else happening.
so could any one can provide the firmware of it to be upgraded.

at jxd site they have mail the firmware directly to customers who ask but that website is in chinese language ,so im unable to post my problem there.
please help if you can.
