Hi, new here, great site!
I have this mp4 player

When I first got it it played mp3 files without a problem but now when I select an mp3 it freezes the player and have to use the black button on top to turn it off and on.
Also, I have transferred over to the player mp4's encoded in many ways but every time at some point in the movie it stops and says an error...invalid file format....
Lastly, this player runs nes games but there are no controls to play the game, only the home button works and it is for start/pause during the game....thers not even a way to exit the game without using the black button on top to reset it.
Can someone please shed some light on this player and if there's a solution to these issues?

How long ago did you purchase this mp4 player? Was there something you did just prior to getting these problems, such as uploading a specific file, trying to upgrade, etc?
Is it all mp3 files it freezes on or just one specific type? Does it play the file for a bit then freezes or it doesn't even play it at all?

can someone please upload or point me to a download of the pc driver for this player...i downloaded the camera one but cant install it, the player is frozen on welcome screen now and cant be recognized by windows in order to try to restore the firmware.
please help...
had a few mp3s on it and for a week or two it played them and loaded fine , then it would play a second of the song without even loading player screen and then froze. Also, has always had problems playing mp4 videos...it would play a few minutes worth and then say invalid file format.
really need that driver! |

What is the exact chipset of your mp4/mp5 player?

What is the exact chipset of your mp4/mp5 player?
Will need the chipset to know which firmware you need.
