Sorry if this is nopt in the right pace, I am new here. I have this mp4 player: http://www.amazon.com/Touch-Screen-2-8-Inch-Personal-Player/dp/B0013GJIBC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1247714053&sr=8-2

I believe it is a clone of the onda vx858, but I could be mistaken. It has worked fine for almost a year now, but now when I plug it into the computer, windows explorer will not open up. The player stays in "charge mode" as if attempting to charge from the pc, even though it is fully charged. And no matter how many times I plug it in, windows will not recognize it. Any help?

Is this happening only on one computer where the player is not being recognized? Did you try another different computer?

What operating system is the computer running?
