mp4 player model YGY401022 - request firmware/manual

Hello There,

I am new here.

I have a MP4 player, model YGY401022 that is missing its manual, and software to put files on the player. It also seems that I might need to format the player, since none of the files on the player (that came with the player from the previous owner) are playable. I figure I need to format the player and reinstall everything. If anyone has ideas/ suggestion, they are appreciated.

I have tried to look for information on this model player with different search engines, but so far no such luck.
