And please let me know how to download from etronicsland .com.When I tick the firmware and then check out I am taken to another page with billing address.What should I do.

Keep going through the checkout process, put in your billing address....don't worry, you will not be asked for any payment info once you complete billing address info.....then you should be able to complete the checkout process. Once you complete checkout, then you should be able to see a 'download' link to download the mp4 mp5 firmware.
Try and see if you still have any problems.
