ok so this is my first MP4 player as my ipod broke and omg what a difference it is. alot of my previous songs wont go onto my spacepod MP4 palyer. i am gessing this is because they are ACC audio. I dont know how to convert them to MP3. I also dont know how to put videos onto my MP4 and i dont know what format they are supposed to be in. At the moment they are real player flash video. Also i have tried putting pictures on and they dont seem to work. My pictures are Jpeg. i have just tried dragging them from my pictures folder to the removable disk drive, this is the same as i have done with the videos. is this the right way to do it?
I did not get a disk with my MP4 player and i got the worst instructions ever with it. it just tells you how to use it not put anything on it. please help me. i have been trying to work it out for 4 hours and have downloaded so many different conversion packages off the internet.
thanks alot |

Hello ac1802,
Do you have a photo of your MP4 player that you can post here? It will give members an idea about what type of MP4 player you have. This will help determine if other members may have the same type of player and can help you, or for us to check on similar players with software that may work for yours.
You definitely will most likely need a video conversion software to convert video files to your MP4 player's video format, which could be, NXV, MTV, AMV, or some other format.
Most MP4 players will recognize MP3 or WMA audio files only. You definitely will have to convert your ACC audio to MP3.
Converting FLV videos to your MP4 player's format, can be a little tricky. Click the link below to see how it generally can be done:

ac1802, did you read what etronicsland said above? There is a link on the last sentence to see how to convert from FLV flash format to your MP4 player's video format.
Please click on the link below and read it carefully:
