Hello Lamba,
You'll need to provide us with more detailed information for us to try to diagnose your problem and to help resolve it.

What OS does your PC use?....the one that you connect your MP4 player to.

What type of music files are you uploading to your computer? (for example, are the files ripped audio music from a CD or digital online music store).

What software are you using to download music from online music store, if you are downloading from a music store?

**Note** Most online music stores have sample of songs that are usually 10 seconds in length. So, if you sync and download these files to your device, then they obviously would run for only 10 seconds.

Did you install the necessary software that came with the MP4 player? If so, do you know the name and version of the software?

Does your computer properly recognize your MP4 player device? Is the device driver installed and working properly, when you check the status in 'device manager' in Windows?

If after checking all of the above and the MP4 player still does not work properly, I would visit the manufacturer's or reseller's website, where you bought the MP4 player, and check for FAQ/Troubleshooting information there. They may have an issue similar to what you're explaining, along with a resolution. You may also want to call any tech support number, if there is any.

Last option is, if this MP4 player was recently purchased within 30 days and you still are having this issue....contact the reseller and request for repair or replacement. Reputable MP4 resellers usually have a 1 year repair/replacement warranty on all MP4 players that they sell.
