T8 QVGA Full Color Touch Screen MP5 Player wont turn on

Hi. I am having problems with my music player. I recently added more music to it and listened to it for a while. When I was sliding and holding the button up in the direction that shuts down the player a red screen flashed. I tried to turn my player back on but now it does not turn on. The batteries was fully charged when I did this. When I plug it into the computer, the computer recognizes it. I've tried reformating it and nothing happens. I don't know what to do. I've emailed the site that I got it from but I haven't got any emails back yet. Does anyone know what is wrong with it? Did the internal batteries die or something?

I think the player is called Oem Ramos T8 Copy 4.3 inch Touchscreen
