| Have just bought an MP4 watch from Thinkgeek in the US, originally from China. Have FINALLY managed to work out how to use it, but.. can't find any instructions for downloading anything (e.g. video/ audio or anything else) to it from my comp[uter (XP). I think this site has whatever I need to do that but is there an "idiots guide" to this sort of thing given that the "explanations" that came with it don't make a whole lot of sense? That includes, for example, how to set up a shortcut so that when I press the "On" button it goes straight to the clockface, instead of having to go via Time screen, then select "Time Display", etc. etc. EVENTUALLY displaying the clockface. Thanks |

Welcome to the forum, johnHB.
First off, you will need to provide us with specific description of the type of MP4 player you have...for example, chipset, display size, board ID, screen size, and any other details you can give.....and not to forget, photos of the MP4 player, if possible.
More than likely, to be able to setup your MP4 player to bootup to a certain screen and so forth, requires that you have to extract and modify the MP4 player's firmware.
Check the file download section of etronicsland.com to download the necessary tools to extract and modify your MP4 player's firmware. _________________ etronicsland.com
