| hi,i have a 1gb 2,8 touchscreen player when i want to play video it shows only white stripes and also when i want to upgrade firmware program says that no usb device detected any thoughts? |

Do you have any idea of the manufacturer, make, model of this MP4 player?
Are there any board ID numbers that you may have? Also, do you have any pics that you may share with us, to give us an idea what type of MP4 Player this may be (if it's a generic MP4 player)?
What firmware file are you trying to upgrade the player with?
Did you make sure that you backed up the original firmware of the MP4 player, before attempting to upgrade it?

| problem solved Rockchip only support its native resoliution ,viDrop program worked like charm on this. |
