| I bought a mp4 online and when I connect it to the computer it shows in two port (so to speak) and my OS is Vista by the way now if I go to device manager it shows up there in two places in the disk with my local disk and in the usb port as mass storage but it won't read in windows media player and i don't why Plus if I try to upgrade it ( the computer) tells me system error. Can you help? |

What won't read in Windows Media Player? Are you trying to play an audio or video file? What format is the file in?
Also, how are you trying to upgrade your MP4 player? What software are you trying to use? and what firmware and version? |
