I turn my MP4 player off then conect it to my computer, then it turn on and goes to the creen that the book says mean downloading and never leaves there to go to the one that means waiting. If I try to drag something in to it I get this
(can not copy "file name" can not find specified file. make sure you specify the correct path and file name)
When I go to look in the music on the player it tells me the disk is empty? And same with the videos?
Would really love it if someone could help me here.  |

Make sure that the storage capacity of the player is not 'maxxed' out. If storage is full and you're trying to add more files, then you may get those types of error messages.
