Hello madden...
There are anyka driver and firmware downloads in the files download section of etronicsland.com. You can just type,"anyka" in the search field. Also, you can find windows 98 usb drivers if you are running an older windows OS in the same files download section.
What operating system are you running on your computer right now?
Try what I suggested and update us here........whether or not you were able to fix your problem. _________________ etronicsland.com

| Yes i tried to install the anyka driver pc camera download from your website and it didnt work. I dont know what to download to install the device? i have the conversion tool and that works but everytime i connect the mp4 to my computer it just says unknown device and cant be installed because i dont have the installation software. Im using a windows XP computer is that maybe why its not working? |

So, madden09, you just get "unknown device" when you connect the mp4 player to your XP computer? It doesn't ask you for a driver disk or anything?
I have a generic mp4 player, and my XP computer detects the player as a 'removable drive'. Very strange that your mp4 player is being detected as 'unknown device'. So, what is the name of the software that is on the CD that came with the player? Did you check the folders on that CD?? There may be a folder for 'drivers' on there. _________________ MP4 Player PMP Fanatic |

| Yes it does, i know it is strange because mp4 players ive had in the past did not do that. and yes there are folders on the cd with drive an AKDRIVER folder which has a anyka driver installation but when i click it it says file is corrupted and it says get new file so i still cant use it. when i connect the mp4 it either says unknown device or USB DISK. |
